Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use GreenThread, including people who use assistive technology.
1. Our commitment
Duckham Meridian Group Ltd, trading as DMG, aims for GreenThread to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement covers dmg-greenthread.com, including the public website and the signed-in application.
2. What we have done
- A "Skip to main content" link on every page, so keyboard users can jump past the menu.
- Menus, buttons and forms can be used with a keyboard.
- A calm colour palette with strong text contrast, plus a dark mode.
- Pages reflow to fit phone screens without sideways scrolling. We check the public pages in all 24 supported languages at phone width.
- Form fields have labels, and sign-in errors are explained in words, not by colour alone.
- Each page declares its language, so screen readers use the right pronunciation.
- Animations are gentle, and scrolling content pauses when you hover over it.
3. Known limitations
- Some charts in the application are visual only. The underlying figures are available in tables and in report downloads.
- PDF reports generated by the application are not yet fully tagged for screen readers. The Excel and CSV versions contain the same data.
- Documents you upload, such as utility bills, are shown as provided and may not be accessible.
We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit. Our checks so far are our own manual and automated tests, and we are working to fix the issues above.
4. Getting help or reporting a problem
If you find something hard to use, or need information in a different format, email [email protected] with the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
5. Legal context
As a private company we are not covered by the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018, but we take our duties under the Equality Act 2010 seriously and publish this statement for transparency.
6. About this statement
This statement was prepared on 1 November 2026 and will be reviewed at least once a year.
